IN THEIR EMERGENCY RELIEF EFFORT

These pictures were taken at Armania, El Salvador, where 1,500 people had taken refuge in school buildings. The army and police were deployed to attend to the displaced families. The soldiers, appreciative of  (Sticks & Stones CEO) Steve Keogh's help in providing food and utensils for the people, lent him a uniform and honored him for his participation! Mr Keogh was really impressed by the dignity and respect with which the men of the Army treated the people.
